
OK I need advice I do royal icing cookies and buttercream cupcakes for events I have a large (150-200) event coming up mid July I have the cookies all done and frozen I was expecting to start on cupcakes to get them all done and frozen then thaw filll buttercream cing and decorate the day before the party Now I find out the freezer is not available! My question --- if I bake these cupcakes thr week before- put them in containers and saran wrap them and just leave out will they stay fresh for a whole week before I get to filling and decorating? --- or should I take all the cookies out of where I have them frozen and let THEM just sit in the containers all saran wrapped for a month and do the cupcakes NOW and freeze them NOW HElp advice please!!! thanks!!!!!
