Does anyone know the method to making fake moss/ etc ? I saw it on a cooking show. They just do something simple and put in the microwave for like 10/15 second and it comes out all foamy like. Not sure what they mixed together but it was awesome. I t was only two ingredients if I remember . Sorry that’s all I remember. Thanks

Can’t recall seeing anything like you described. I know if you heat up certain items in the microwave, like corn syrup, then  add baking soda after removing, will definitely foam up. Guess you’re going to have to google?? Here’s the tutorial I use to make moss.  https://thecakeblog.com/2015/03/diy-edible-moss-cake.html

Pretty easy, and looks good.

I've seen people cook cake in a cup in the microwave and use it for moss.  I think it was just a regular yellow cake recipe, but it has lots of air holes when baked in the microwave.
