Well, just like fondant, it’s trial and error. A little more challenging with modelling chocolate. I have a brochure from Satin Ice that’s dog eared because I refer to it so often. Gives the amounts of gel colours to achieve particular colours. I found Satin Ice online. Hopefully the help you need is there.

Wilton makes a spruce green that is close, if used sparingly or you can use a primary color green, like a grass green, and add the slightest hint of blue. It should be kept pretty light.
