Vegan Ganache

Was wondering if I can use powdered coconut milk or powdered cream of coconut to make ganache or do I have to use the canned version.

I buy vegan chocolate chips and just use boiling water to make ganache. 100% vegan. If you don’t want to use water, you can use almond/rice/oat milk. They will work too.
