I am doing a wedding cake and I need help knowing which FONDANT BRAND to buy! HELP!
The type fondant used is a personal preference. I always make my own, using Liz Marek's recipe. It is very tasty, easy and inexpensive to make and works well. I also like Satin Ice, especially the chocolate which tastes like Tootsie Rolls.
i think any of the massas -- used to could get it at pfiel and holing --> just checked <-- they don't have it or i am mistaken that they used to hmmm
--> more checking <-- it is available on amazon so there's gotta be cake places that have it -- i haven't tried all the different ones but it rolls out the thinnest and stretches great and adheres lovely and melds with the buttercream -- and it's been the most expensive unless that changed too -- haven't used it in forever -- my drug of choice was satin ice
