someone would like to order this cake ik its black buttercream but how did they get the purple and other metallic colors on there? its not air brushed, almost looks like its in the spoon or knife whe u flatten and pull the spot pls help

It is my guess that they allowed the buttercream to crust firmly, then painted it.
