Hi there,

I need some help, please! My buttercream when I'm pipping it on the cupcake it is gritty and looks like it has sand init!!

How can I prevent it from happening?

It sounds as though you are making Swiss Meringue Buttercream, or another recipe which uses granulated sugar.  Be sure to heat your egg and sugar mixture, stirring constantly, until all the sugar has dissolved.
