As in the pictures you can see that the bottoms of my macarons aren't smooth. I'm new to baking macarons seriously and I'm trying to really perfect them, however something always goes wrong

Without seeing, by your description, it is possible there is trapped air bubbles inside. Are you banging your pan on the counter several times before letting them rest?
