Do Anyone Know What This Is Called?

Hi everyone
i recently made a purchase for a cake topper and I notice that they used this unique clear plastic stick for the cake topper and I am interested in buying them, just the stick but I have no clue what’s it is called. I did ask the seller and they said they’re not sure but that it’s a clear plastic sticker. Do anyone have any clue what it is called or where to buy it from? Greatly appreciate it.

They use it like this image. It’s actually really nice since I can’t put fondant on whipped cream cake as the frosting will melt the fondant.
Oh, that is so cool! I have no idea what they are called and I tried a search but sawing nothing even close.
