I use CK Rose Gold Designer Luster dust on my models, but it not considered edible, for decorative use only. The only brand of which I am aware in the US is Roxy and Rich. They have several metalics and I believe they do have rose gold. I would just dry brush the color onto the chocolate, once it sets up. Same thing with the sugar coated ones, dry brush with edible, metalic color.
