funny how that happens, I should be in bed resting, you know bedrest for my upcoming birth, but no i find myself parked at this computer on CC all day in an out.... too addictive and I am so in love with it!
I'm with you on this one! I think I've spent every spare moment and some not so spare moments on CC over the last few days! My hubby keeps giving me crap about being obsessed with this website. He says, "Isn't it enough that you are contantly baking cake? Now you have to be reading and posting about cake?" LOL How can you ever have enough cake!! he he

LOL! My hubby tonight said that I have turned in to Betty Crocker and then he walked, picked up a cookie, i asked him if he wanted to dip it in melted chocolate 
He hesitated then gave in! He looked at me with this squishy face and said "your gonna make me so fat!" hehehehehe!!!!
You poor poor man your wife is making you eat cake and cookies! Waaaaaaa!!! LOL!! 
that's funny that this post came up...my hubby just told me that he was going to throw my laptop away b/c I get on it as soon as I wake up and stay on til I go to bed! hahah.... funny...but true, very addictive...
LMAO Same here Loveqm! Hubby bought me my laptop for my business needs so I could do contracts onsite at peoples houses and stuff and make things so much easier for me and I'm on CC from the minute I wake up in the morning until it's time to go to bed lmao. 
CC is very addictive! I even had CC open while I was filing my taxes Monday and he asked me how I could get them done properly while reading posts about cake lmao
I may be here a lot too, but I sure have stopped eating so much.
Who knew CC would be good for my weight?
This site has achive what nothing had achived before, I'm waking up an hour earlier just to have time for it! 
You all have hooked me in to! Since I found this site a few days ago, my printer almost has a ream of paper printed out of new ideas & recipes to try out!!!

Here's my theory...
My bottom is already getting wider from making all of this cake, so I feel sitting on it in front of CC CAN'T be hurting it any more, right????? Ha Ha!
Sound like an addict to you? (I honestly have no desire to start my 12 step program any time soon!)

That doesn't hold true for me. I was merrily reading along when I came upon a thread about GANACHE. oof, I have eaten my second cupcake and a 4"round already this morning! God Bless! All the talk about ganache made me start salivating. so much so, I had to make some then I had to have something to put it on then I had to eat it.

I know I am addicted to CC when I turn on the computer, and my 9yo says, "Lemme guess, you're gonna go on Cake Central, aren't you?"
BUT I am getting her hooked too because last night she told her Daddy she couldn't come down and eat yet because she was looking at pictures of cakes!!
i'm the same way I was bad enough just on this page and then I discovered the lounge and all the games I sat here until 1 in the morning the other night trying to keep up with the games my husband teases about throwing the computer away all the time i just laugh then I would have to toss our his x box this site is truley addicting and I for one think its because of all the great people on here.
