When you stack cakes (like w/ the stacked presents cakes) do you decorate each tcake before stacking the cakes or do you decorate each cake after it's stacked.
I decorate (except for the borders) and then stack. It's easier for me to do it this way. The exceptions would be if I'm adding fruit or fresh flowers, they go on last.
