Chocolate Ganache Inside Cake

Is it possible to put liquid chocolate ganache in the middle of the cake, so when it’s cut, it runs out? Will it harden overnight it will it stay runny?

If you used a high enough ratio of cream to chocolate, it would stay liquid, but it would start to soak into the cake.  Any liquid would.
