Please tell me what has been used to make red drip in here.

If I were making this cake, I would use red Wilton Candy Melts. You could also use white chocolate ganache colored red. If you are making ganache and using liquid or gel colors, mix the color with the cream before adding the cream to the chocolate. If you add the water based colors directly into the chocolate, it will seize.
