I need a light tan chocolate to pipe with. Thinking butterscotch morsels would be easier than mixing Wilton candy melts or trying to tint white chocolate.  I googled and can’t find anyone doing this, is it possible?  Do they melt and harden similar to milk chocolate?

although i’ve never used it to pipe with I can’t see why it wouldn’t work — yes it coats really well just like choco — has to be handled carefully like choco — should be fine —

don’t get it too hot, just gently melt it — don’t let any water or steam get into it — let low heat, stirring and time melt it —
