So I have to do 840 plated chessecakes for NYE......obviously I wanna start early lol. I'm putting fondant feathers on top as a garnish....my issue is I want to plate them all up and freeze them. But with the feathers being fondant I was wondering if they will still stand once thawed back out? I have fondx brand fondant since it seems as if it can be frozen/ refrigerated well.
