Any tips on using simple syrup bottles or instrument suggestions to avoid sticky trays and waste of the syrup? We have a large scale cupcake shop but the cupcakes are getting sticky around the wrappers and we like to really get a good amount of syrup on the cupcakes so brushing and spraying isn’t the approach we like to use...
also on the same topic besides a cake leveler which is too big and a serrated knife if we have to shave off tops of over 700 cupcakes a day how do you recommend the fastest and best route to shaving the top to get to the spongy layer of cake is? The knife seems to take hours..
