Hi everyone! I made chocolate frosting today and wanted to double recipe... even though I know I’m. It good at doing this, I get confused on measurements!! Which is exactly my question. I think I might not have put enough powdered sugar in. The consistency was very thick, so I didn’t put any more in, but now I’m worried. If I did not put enough in, what will happen when I frost it? It seemed like a good consistency and tasted good so should I be worried? Thank you in advance for advise!
