Hi All,

As of late I have been doing a lot of fondant work. Is there any sort of machine I can use to help with the rolling out? I've seen some use pasta maker, any recommendation or experience with them?

Thanks

there’s a lot of products — try googling “ dough sheeter” or “fondant sheeter” — some of them like somersett brand is quite pricey but there was a viable one I found once that had a hand crank — also stand on a secure stool so you can simply employ your upper body weight to help provide oomph to your rolling pin just by leaning over —

don’t allow yourself to get inflamed shoulders or wrists or anywhere! cake ain’t worth your body!!

broken bones heal better/quicker/easier than putting out the fire from inflammation! don’t be afraid to change and move on — don’t know if you needed that but just sayin’ — inflamed areas do Not improve do Not get better by continued use — wish it was different —

best to you
