Thinking about giving this a try. Can anyone tell what icing to use? Thanks.

it’s probably fondant strips — be sure to protect the cake from the baby’s breath stems — it’s not at all an edible flower it is Toxic — best to you

As thin as this appears on the edges, it could even be gum paste.
