Hello! Has anyone ever tried or been successfully making modeling chocolate without the corn syrup? Or maybe made a sugar free mirror glaze successfully? Care to share your recipe? I have a plan C if none of the above are easily achieved; I’ve seen a few recipes online, but would love to hear other personal experiences!
