I have a recipe that calls for black cocoa powder. Can I use Hershey's dark cocoa powder instead?

there is another black cocoa, the cocoa of the Oreo cookie black cocoa — available on amazon — it’s a different tasting type of cocoa — if it gets smudged on anything it looks like soot — wonderful stuff
