You could do a megaphone with the Mascot name or pic on it.

I did a football field cake once, but I put cheerleaders on it also because the cake was for a boy and girl. I made the characters ct's.

I made one it is in my photos. The little girl loved it. We looked up a coloring page from the internet and used that on our cake. I have also seen some really cute megaphones on here. Try searching the galleries
