I need to make a fondant hot wheels track that spirals down the cake from the top tier to the bottom. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to cut the fondant to curve with the cake? Also suggestions on how to get it to stay on the cake?

It sounds like you want the track to be suspended off the cake. Why don’t you carve the spiral into the cake?
