Hi! Does anyone know of a mixer attachment that can do folding?

The KitchenAid website has a scraping attachment that says it can fold.

I also saw a YouTube video and the host was using a special mixer attachment that could fold ingredients. However she was not using the standard KitchenAid mixer, it was some other type. I have a KitchenAid artisan.

I am guessing that you mean to fold batter into whipped egg whites or whipped cream??  I know of no attachment for the KitchenAid and for sure would not use it anyway.  That is one process I will always do by hand.
