i would suggest saying “classic cupcakes” rather than “basic”
Classic not basic. Thank you. Any other changes?

The almond cupcake in the "classics" is the only one with a filling. I would move that to specials.

Oops... sorry about the hiccups. I assume the specials are an upcharge for extra labor and filling costs. If so, why is Shirley Temple in the upgrades? Unless lemon lime cost extra?
If the requested edits are not for flavor choices, but presentation/ description , I would add more adjectives.
A. Chocolate cupcake
B. It’s a 3-layer moist chocolate cake with a rich melt-in-your-mouth chocolate buttercream frosting. It’s covered with a chocolate ganache drip.
C. Rich, fudgy chocolate cake filled and frosted with our house chocolate buttercream.
D.This cake is dark, moist, rich and incredibly decadent.
E. This Best Chocolate Cake recipe makes for the most flavorful, moist, and tender chocolate cake you've ever tasted!
I just googled chocolate cake and looked for fun or appealing adjectives. I would not write a paragraph, but I would add a few choice, mouth watering adjectives.
Rearrange a few things and be more descriptive. Got it

It is just a whipped cream. Should i put cream instead of frosting?

Shirley Temple, Apple Pie - I love creative flavors!
I am wondering, when it reads "whipped frosting" - what is that? Some frostings are more of a whipped cream and they aren't as stable as a traditional icing.
"sweentened vanilla essence whipped cream" ;)
Oh... and if you are asking, alignment should change to read easier:
Cupcake name

Some larger font for the name, and then a smaller font description. A more elegant font for the name itself would look good too.
