I’m making a red fondant covered cake with a white drip. Would white chocolate ganache work or would royal icing be better? If I use ganache what would be the best way to reduce the yellowness. A drop of purple in the cream? I have some white petal dust as well.

I would probably opt for white candy melts.

I would use bright white candy melts, too.  I like candy melts for making a drip.
