I’m going to try chocolate ganache for the drips on a drip cake. I’ve never used any kind of ganache before. I just wonder how you store it. I don’t ever store my buttercream cakes in the fridge but I’m wondering about ganache with it having double cream, will it go bad if left out for a few days?
if I can’t keep it out of the fridge any other ideas of what I can use for drips?

I usually use Wilton Candy Melts because they come in a million colors. I don't even add cream, just melt them to the consistence I like.
If you use the stove top method, the ganache is good for 2-3 days unrefrigerated.
