a bottle or a lamp? those are lamps ^^^ looks like there's a mold out there -- but there's some handmade ones there too

I would get the basic form made with the cake pop, dip, then add some modeling chocolate accents, and if needed, paint/draw from there. You could also try adding your accents on and then dipping, and see how that looks, too!
