I made a delicious 8inch 3 layer Vanilla Cake with whipped vanilla filling and fresh strawberries.
l know I put at least a 1/2 thick of filling between the layers. It came out beautifully BUT when we cut the cake almost all the filling was gone???????? I mean it was almost gone. Like it just disappeared?
Can anyone help? Why did this happen?
it soaked into the cake -- did you mean whipped cream filling??
