I just opened my commercial kitchen and purchased a Hebvest 30 quart stand mixer. I can not figure out what to put it on! I had it on a low welded stainless steel table but it moved around too much. What am I supposed to do? I am going crazy! Thank you!

idk — i tried to post a picture of a commercial mixer table — i’d suggest contacting hebvest and asking them — it’s not a floor model huh —

those commercial tables come in 36x36 too — need a better table

here's a link with a wide variety of tables -- acity on ebay might have a good deal for you on a commercial table for a mixer too

I mean you can get tables for a hundred dollars but those are probably not sturdy enough -- you want low and with a shelf underneath for extra stability
