I've noticed that sometimes my cupcakes will bake up beautifully rounded and full, and then as they cool, will sink and pull away from the wrappers. Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong? To high a heat, too low, underdone. I've been baking for years and it seems to be relatively random.
could be a flukey recipe -- is it the same one or does it happen with only certain recipes -- could be overdone -- do you have an oven thermometer?
