Lemon Curd Like Filling Non Refrigerated

Any ideas for a lemon filling similar to lemon curd I can use for a cake that will need to sit out for a few hours ? I'm looking or a lemon filling with similar creamy texture. Maybe a vegan recipe, with no eggs or dairy ???

I usually buy my lemon curd at the grocery store because I'm just not good at making it, but I did a Google search for Vegan Lemon Curd recipes and a lot of results came up. I'm really of no help on this one lol but here is one that I grabbed quickly, but have not looked at the whole recipe yet.

pretty sure the lemon sleeve filing is shelf stable
