Hello,

How long can the NFSC cookie dough stay safe in the refrigerator?

safe from being eaten uncooked? at my house, a few hours hahahaha

no but I usually freeze mine -- I roll it out as thick as I want it right out of the mixer and freeze it in layers in between parchment -- then all you gotta do is whip it out, maybe wait a minute for it to thaw a tad so you can cut it and it can go in the oven -- or back in the freezer even --but stored  in the fridge the flavor will degrade much sooner than It goes bad -- say for it to go bad, a month or two

I put mine in plastic containers — I would  recommend to double triple wrap it — slide it in a food safe plastic bag — needs more  protection in there — and don’t make a big batch of spaghetti sauce to stow in there in the meantime :)
