Hey everyone I apologize in advance because I know this topic has come up alot. I was not able to find my exact question so thank you for bearing with me. I have cream cheese frosting in a sealed container that has been in the refrigerator for 1 week. Is it too late to freeze it? Do I need to use it asap? Thanks!!!
probably fine if it was held correctly in the first place but I would only use it for home use and do you have a thermometer in your fridge to be sure?
I agree that it should be fine. I've had cakes frosted in cream cheese frosting in the refrigerator for a week (for my husband and me, takes us a while to eat a whole cake) and it was fine.
