Ok, everyone - this is not making sense to me. I've looked at several cutting charts.
Half sheet (11x15) is supposed to get 41 slices? How's that work?
Even if I rounded down to 40 slices - how am I to get 40 2x2 out of that?
My head's just not working tonight.

because the pan sizes and serving sizes are not consistent
