So basically i want to make a smoothie with coconut milk+blueberry at around 1pm and drink it at around 6 pm without fridge is it ok? or will it get bad?
you can keep it on ice get some freezer packs and wrap it up real good -- that would help stretch it out but six hours is a long time -- test it at home first -- see how it does -- you need to keep it cold
newspaper is an incredible insulator too
