Someone help. My kids hate the new Sweetex! It’s horrible in our heat and it’s just the 80’s soon will be in 110’s!
I’ve read the Alpine Flex is like new sweetex recipe. Why can’t we have the original!?!
What is comparable to the original seeetex recipe. Please help.

There is no equivalent due to government regulations. Trans fats have been banned completely. I didn't even bother to buy the new Sweetex, just went with plain, old Crisco and it works fine.
