Extra Charges

Plotting out this cake and it started me wondering what others do for extra charges.

I know things like creating flowers would be considered an extra, but I mean above and beyond that.

what sort of thing do you consider to be a special addition, for which you charge extra?  Hand piping?  Airbrushing?

I figure about 2 hours of decorating on a tier cake before I charge additionally -- some people charge for every jot and tittle -- but I would say most brick and mortar bakeries would allow a certain amount of decorating time to be included in the base cake price -- and that would include some flowers, air brush, piping -- but something like spun sugar would be an extra charge right off the bat for extra degree of difficulty
