Wondering how much you charge ( or would charge) for a two digit ##  (french) number cake. Basically it a double layer almond cake/cookie filled with pastry cream and decorated with fresh fruit, flowers (fresh or buttercream), macarons, meringues.... per video. Thanks so much in advance!

how many serving do you figure for it -- I mean I've never sold one -- i'm just curious and I can give you a guess on what I might charge --

It's my understanding that the French use the same numbers we do (yes, I'm kidding).  It all depends on the # of servings.

My question is also how big!  I bought this from a bakery in the city for my birthday, and I paid about $40-45 for it after tax.  It was probably about as big as my head.Charge For A (French) Number Cake
