Does anyone know the temperatures for chocolate and water? I’d really love to do a similar effect from Chris Ford when he was pouring the chocolate into the wager. Thanks!

I didn't even know who he was -- but I found out he's a whoopie pastry chef -- I mean water + chocolate is ixnay -- so no telling what he's come up with and more power to him -- but I have no idea what he's up to --
