Hi everyone, longtime lurker and first time poster here (and thanks for all the advice I've stealthily benefited from over the years!)
What is your prefered vessel for melting isomalt? I'm desperately in the market for a silicone jug WITH a handle but it seems like I can't mind anything of the sort. I feel like having a handle would make things safer and easier but I'm still feeling my way through using isomalt and would love to hear your suggestions (links to Amazon that ship to my little corner of the world, New Zealand, would also be much appreciated)
