Hello Everyone,

I am in need of some guidance,if that's ok...

I have been ask to prepare 150 cupcakes for a client, and I'd like some feedback on the amount of ingredients used for the cream cheese frosting.

I have powdered sugar, cream cheese, vanilla, and butter...Can anyone point me into the correct measurements for each to achieve the amount needed.

I understand you take the basic recipe and do the math. However,I have a work colleague that has decided to change the numbers I originally came up with, and I'm now 2nd guessing myself...

Thanks in advance

How do you plan on frosting your cupcakes?  I find that I use more frosting when I pipe on a large swirl or dollop then if I just use an angled spatula to smooth it on.

About how many cups of frosting does your current recipe make?  I would say that when I pipe on frosting I use about 1/4 cup of frosting while I use about half of that when I smooth on with a knife.

What were your original numbers?
