Cakepops Timeframe

Hi Everyone! 


If if I made cakepops on Saturday would they be good to eat the following Sunday??? If not when would be the earliest to make them??

Once the cakepops are dipped and sealed, they're good for a while, but I don't like to hang on to them for more than 6 - 7 days. I think 8 would be pushing it.  I'm sure they'll still be fine, it's just past my personal time limit. I've never done it but you can always double-wrap and freeze them but I would be concerned they may crack.
