This is all I’ve done this week. Both were due Saturday. Pretty fun cakes for a pair of cousins celebrating their birthday’s together!

Next week I’ve got another cake due on Saturday that I will start on soon, at least get the baking out if the way. Lol. 

Ive also got a request for a number 30 cake to only feed 10-15!? Any suggestions on size cakes I should use, or any tips as to carving them or certain pan sizes?

Last week I made 6 gingerbread houses that my son and 4 of my best friend's kids decorated at one of her son's early birthday celebration. His birthday cake was also made by me. Being a emotional kind of child he started crying a bit when he saw it. We see if the pics loads from my phone.
