Hi all.

I've just registered as a business selling cakes from home and have my food safety inspection in a few weeks. I'm really nervous. 

Any tips? I'm a bit concerned that our downstairs toilet is located where there is no second door into the kicthen (if that makes sense) there is a toilet door and a hallway and then you're in the kitchen.
