you can look up aquafaba and try that -- and i'd go real easy on the spices
I really like VeganEgg egg substitute. It is a powder that is mixed with water as needed. I keep the powder in the freezer so that it keeps a long time. I bake vegan and love this. It usually is a straight substitution, so start with a recipe that you already like, but I would recommend a trial run of course as sometimes adjustments are needed.
