Hi guys! Haven't been on here in years but I just took up baking again!! And of course I have a question lol!!!

So I'm making 60 mini cakes for Halloween...I'm baking sheet cakes then cutting them out with round cookie cutters, I started baking already bc its a lot of cakes and I don't want to be running around like a chicken without a head the day of delivery lol!!!

My question is...now that they are frozen (Saturday eve) can I take them out tomorrow Sunday to start decorating them and then once decorated can I keep them in the fridge until Tuesday when they will be delivered?

probably -- what kind of icing and decor? and how will you store in fridge? boxed? ditch the onions and salmon leftovers stuff like that
