Hello! I have an idea for a Halloween cake, but I could use some help. I'm going to be putting a cave on a cake with some glowing eyes in it (hopefully). I was thinking of following one of the many tutorials on isomalt eyes up to the point of the pupil and iris, but backing the rest of the eye with yellow whafer paper. Here's the issue: if I put a small light behind that, will the light glow through the whafer paper? Would extra layers prevent it from glowing through the iris an pupil? Could I tint the isomalt in some way? Most important question of all is will this idea even work? Thank you in advance for any and all help.
