Good morning! I’m trying to recreate the bases of these cupcakes and not having much luck. Any ideas on how to go about it?  Thank you in advance!Cupcake Bases

I would use candy melts and transfer sheets to create the discs.  Here is tutorial (https://stellinasweets.com/2013/03/16/cutting-full-circle-chocolate-disks/ .  However, unlike the tutorial I would place the transfer sheet on the trail and then pour the chocolate over it.  This way you will get a cleaner edge on the top of the disc.

great idea freckles -- another ides is to work a bunch of corn starch into my fondant and cut out the circles in the base color there -- then cut a stencil and air brush it -- but you could sure get away with cutting out skinny flat stars and rolling out snakes of fondant and just laying them on there one going one way and one going over ti for the little bitty stars -- just depends on how many you want to make too
